NORA had selectively sold their properties using a traditional real estate method of waiting for offers approach which resulted in below appraised value sales. The initial group of NORA properties were sold in fall 2012 following selection via a successful competitive RFP process.

We were hired to sell a .35 Acre lot only without selling the business with a reserve price of $2.5 million. Through the auction process, Fernando Palacios did a professional job of implementing the auction marketing program, executing the auction day event and stuck to it through the closing.
Amarillo, TX
Upon review of the title report the prospective buyer had issues with the title report and the ingress/egress issues with the neighboring party. We successfully closed on this transaction 90 days later after 8 contract extensions and difficult negotiations with all parties.
tom and ray’s restaurant
The restaurant was being foreclosed on by the securing bank Damascus Savings Bank. A client wanted to buy it outside of the foreclosure process.
